Mobirise is a good drag and drop free web designing software. The latest version mobirise 4 is built on bootstrap4 . Sites built with mobirise 4 are responsive sites.
  The software is template base called blocks. With all the good template it came with, you are limited to an horizontal positioning of the block during site design. To edit your HTML you have to buy their HTML editor. Aside that you limited to what you have.
      To customise your block you need to go to settings to do that. You choose to use the default setting of any block you select or you change it to what you want. Below are some of the nice features of mobirise 4.
1.  Blocks contain parallax and overlay
2. You can insert your own images and videos
3. A searchable grid table
4. Headers and footers blocks.
5. Light box slider which can be set to slide automatically.
6. Social media share buttons
7. Google maps
8. Ability to clone a page
9. Files can be pushed to three location, like your local drive, an ftp server local and a remote server. You can as push your you site to github.
10. You can also add external files like PDF, doc file and excel file, and othersothers.
The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that you can not add your block where you desire it to be. What I mean by that is you can not put a block on a block. Mobirise is free and it worth trying. You download it on their site www.mobirise.com. Do check back for mobirise tutorial.
